The Role

We are seeking an organized individual who is highly motivated and works well independently in a fast‑paced environment, as well as within a team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Global Translations Team, reviewing the Spanish translations of our integral solutions. The reviews will be done through a Translation Software (Phrase). The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

- Review Translated documents from English to Spanish and vice versa.
- Internalize / contextualize the translations for all BTS language and terminology.
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, clients and colleagues to ensure high‑quality translated materials.




- Work with colleagues from global translation teams to create best practices, processes and build knowledge.
- Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Necessary Skills

- Writing and Drafting Skills.
- Native Spanish Speaker.
- English proficiency level required.
- Experience with Translations AI Platforms. Knowledge of Phrase is a plus.
- Experience working in digital platforms.
- In possession of excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and confidence in dealing with people.
- Experience using Microsoft Office is required (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Independent, a quick learner and comfortable taking on responsibility.
