Maximize Field Sales efficiency by ensuring all selling tools are working smoothly, from store audit application (GET) to selling content platform (Wingtips) and routes optimization apps. Train all users on the correct usage of said tools. Monitor teams’ performance thanks to the collected insights to guarantee excellent in‑store execution, detect business opportunities and implement new solutions.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance in‑house CRM apps. Manage users and train all strikers to report in‑store audits via handheld tool GET and IR.
- Guarantee high data quality standards of the FS store universe with correct segmentation and geolocation. Liaise with HQ to drive technical enhancements of all apps.
- Update Field Sales on‑demand selling platform Wingtips and provide teams with the latest promotional calendars, top account agreements, consumer activation selling decks, and innovation selling stories. Boost user engagement with the tool.
- Ensure perfect store execution by strengthening compliance of merchandising guidelines during monthly route rides with salesforce and periodic training sessions.
- Enrich FS vision with new automated dashboards using programming tools such as PowerBi and Snowflake. Optimize routes by programming a route‑planner application to optimize POS audits.




- Build analysis of teams’ performance to provide the Field Sales community key recommendations to reach targets.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales data analysis and CRM technologies.
- Background in programming data software (PowerBi, SQL, Python, Snowflake).
- Experience in the FMCG sector and a clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour.
- Fluent English written and spoken.
- Strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen.
- Team player with a proactive mindset, strong initiative, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel and data tools.
