A growing Executive Search and Talent boutique firm is looking to hire an Executive Search Consultant to take on a multitasking role, with strong responsabilities and involvement in the day-to-day running of the project.

We are looking for someone empathetic, approachable and trustworthy, with a hands-on mindset, strong adaptability when dealing with different stakeholders and contexts, and the opportunity to take on a position of responsibility, with impact and strong potential for professional growth within an ethical and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Define search strategies and identify target companies and potential candidates.
- Conduct direct search and sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools).
- Assess candidates through structured interviews and qualitative analysis.
- Prepare and present longlists and shortlists.
- Contribute to talent mapping and market analysis projects.
- Work closely with the team to ensure effective delivery of projects.
- Prepare and format documentation in line with the firm’s standards.
- Provide support across different areas of the project as required.

What we’re looking for:





- High-potential profile with a positive attitude and strong learning ability (experience in Executive Search or recruitment is not essential, but will be valued).
- Versatile profile, with the ability to take on a range of responsibilities.
- Strong research and information-gathering skills, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- High level of emotional intelligence, with a human approach and ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools, or a strong ability to quickly adapt to digital and technological tools.
- Strong client orientation, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional with integrity, a strong work ethic and a adaptable mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
