As the EMEA Benefits Senior Specialist, you will own and optimize employee benefits across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, aligning with ERM's people strategy. You will partner with global and regional reward teams, HR, and external providers to ensure compliant, cost-effective programs that support attraction, retention and employee wellbeing. Your work enables a smooth employee experience through governance, data accuracy, and clear communication. You will lead improvement initiatives, manage multi-country programs, and contribute to broader HR projects in a fast-paced regional environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Maintain and govern the EMEA benefits portfolio aligned to general strategy
• Oversee multi-country benefits programs (pensions, healthcare, risk benefits, flexible benefits)
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax, data privacy and employment requirements
• Support market reviews and benchmarking to improve competitiveness
• Manage relationships with insurers, brokers, providers and benefits platforms
• Support renewals, invoicing and payments with relevant teams




• Drive process improvements to standardize benefits processes and governance
• Develop clear employee communications and improve the employee experience around benefits
• Maintain accurate benefits data, reporting and audits
• Support Mu0026A due diligence, integration, and harmonisation of benefits
• Provide Benefits guidance to stakeholders and handle escalations
• Support HR processes and lifecycle matters as part of a positive employee experience
• Contribute to project delivery on new benefits, platform changes, policy updates, and legislative shifts

Responsabilidades
• Experience with employee benefits across multiple EMEA countries
• Knowledge of pensions, healthcare and risk benefits
• Experience xqbhyrx in a complex, matrixed, multi-country organisation
• Knowledge of benefits governance, compliance, renewals, vendor management and communications
• Ability to interpret local legislative and market requirements into operational actions
• Experience with renewals, changing benefits and implementing new benefits
• Strong stakeholder management across global/regional teams, HR, Finance and payroll
• Experience with HR systems and benefits platforms
• Experience improving processes, governance and employee self-service
• Exposure to Mu0026A, benefits harmonisation or regional HR transformation (advantageous)
