In this role you drive and optimize IFF’s global compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistent execution across regions. You will partner with Total Rewards, HR, Finance and HRIT to deliver analytics, governance, and effective program adoption in a complex global environment. You’ll manage planning cycles, budgeting support, and system enhancements to scale compensation globally. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that shapes compensation strategy in a matrixed organization and enables data-driven decisions.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Manage global compensation processes including annual planning cycles and market reviews• Partner with Finance on budgeting, cost modeling, forecasting,
