In this role you lead the Quality Group, aligning global squads to client requirements and Welocalize’s pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation and General Teamwork. You drive OKRs, monitor quality KPIs, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact quality solutions. You shape processes, enable efficiency, and support growth through coaching and strategic leadership.
