We’re hiring: Financial Treasury Specialist (f/m/x)

To support our continued growth, we’re creating a new role and are looking for an experienced Financial Treasury Specialist (f/m/x) to strengthen our finance organization.
What you’ll do
- Manage daily cash management and short-term liquidity forecasting
- Oversee banking relationships, debt facilities, and debt compliance
- Monitor financial covenants and intercompany funding
- Manage FX exposure and payment authorization frameworks
- Drive cash reporting, liquidity stress testing, and process improvements
- Supervise cash application, employee reimbursements, T&E;, credit cards, and sales commissions
- Support financial reporting and accounting processes, including invoice management and payroll entries
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization across finance processes
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity,
Corporate Finance, or Accounting/Treasury roles
- Hands‑on expertise in cash, debt, and working capital management
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/finance systems
- Comfortable building processes in a newly created role
- Experience in international, multi‑entity environments is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to a fast‑changing startup environment
