As a Senior Backend Engineer in Foundation Engineering, you will help shape the tech vision and build scalable systems for a multi-million user platform. You’ll work across the product and tech teams to design and operate core services, including search and authentication, while ensuring reliability and smooth developer productivity. You’ll join a cross-functional environment focused on growth, data pipelines, and enterprise-wide themes. This role offers an opportunity to influence the stack at scale and contribute to a global wellbeing ecosystem.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Ensure productivity and resilience of infrastructure including monitoring and observability
• Automate data pipeline onboarding, deployment, scheduling, and failure recovery
• Collaborate with SRE to bolster CI/CD adoption within the Data Platform team
• Develop and operate platform services and tools for batch and streaming pipelines on Kubernetes and GCP




• Hands-on contribution within a close-knit team while delivering on long-term technical topics aligned to the roadmap

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Experience operating large-scale systems on Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Go and strong system design skills
• Ability to break down problems into modular, scalable solutions
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to experiment
