Key Responsibilities: - Organize the business plan and sales strategies for the United States across various sales channels.- Develop and nurture client portfolios, tailoring product catalogs to align with market trends.- Strategize and implement an optimal sales and regional structure tailored to diverse market needs.- Prepare, organize, and execute business strategies and proposals to drive growth and profitability.- Analyze market dynamics, develop sales strategies, and implement tactics to maximize revenue.- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and competitor activities.- Oversee planning and control of annual budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.- Lead and motivate the existing team.
