You are structured and detail‑oriented, able to work independently while collaborating effectively across diverse teams.ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & Project Management EnablementAct as a trusted PMO partner to Tech stakeholders, providing visibility, insights, and analysis to support informed decision‑making.Enable effective execution of portfolio initiatives by ensuring adherence to quality standards and governance requirements.Support ongoing project and portfolio activities, including budget and resource planning and fiscal year opening and closing.Ensure the Project Management Methodology & Practices are correctly and consistently applied.Keep financial information up to date in the PMO tools.Perform quality reviews, provide guidance to project teams, and contribute to portfolio reporting.Create, maintain, and evolve project and product templates & guidance materials.Support PMO communications, training, and adoption of processes, tools, and ways of working.Proactively identify and drive continuous improvements across PMO processes, tools, and governance.PM as a ServiceCoordinate and oversee a pool of external Project Managers, ensuring alignment to PMO governance, delivery standards, and reporting expectations.Act as the primary PMO point of contact for external PMs, supporting onboarding and alignment to methodologies and tools.Monitor delivery quality across externally managed projects,
escalating risks and issues as needed.PMO Support / Project ServicesMaintain and update project/program plans, ensuring deliverables are tracked against time, cost, quality, scope and other criteria.Support scope definition and requirements capture of the project/ordinate project resources onboarding (internal teams or vendors) and brief new resources on project management practices, governance, and available tools.ToolingAdminister Project Online, One Plan, Share Point, and Teams.Ensure data quality, conduct health checks, and follow up with stakeholders.Support tool enhancements and vendor interactions.SkillsHands‑on experience with project governance, methodologies, standards, tools, and templates.Experience in a project management or PMO role, ideally supporting technology programs and projects.Required knowledge and practical experience across Waterfall and Agile delivery models.Project Management qualifications or certifications preferred.Strong familiarity with project management and portfolio management tools such as Project Online and One Plan.Strong knowledge of MS Office and Share Point;
