With a strong foundation in Asia, we are rapidly expanding our international operations — with Europe as a key strategic focus.AsSales Manager Spain & Italy, you are responsible fordriving customer development and sales executionacross the Spanish and Italian markets, reporting to theCountry Manager Spain Hub.Your mission is to identify and develop sales opportunities, manage key customer accounts, and convert qualified projects into orders, working closely with the Solutions Manager and HQ teams to deliver competitive technical and commercial solutions.This role focuses onhands-on sales execution, customer engagement, and pipeline development across power distribution, data centers, renewable energy, and grid infrastructure projects in Spain and Italy.Customer Development & Account ManagementDevelop and manage relationships with:Utilities and grid operatorsEPCs, system integrators, and project developersKey industrial, renewable energy, and data center customersIdentify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and project pipelines in Spain and ItalyPromote Daqo’s MV/LV power distribution solutions and project capabilitiesRepresent Daqo in customer meetings, site visits,



and industry eventsLead commercial discussions, negotiations, and order-closing activitiesCoordinate RFQs, tenders, and proposals in close cooperation with the Solutions ManagerManage sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and reporting to the Country ManagerSupport contract discussions, order handover, and coordination with HQ and factoriesInternal & Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with:Solutions Manager (technical proposals and RFQs)HQ sales, engineering, and operations teamsEnsure smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholdersProvide regular market feedback on customer needs, competitors, and pricing trendsDegree in Engineering, Business, or a related field5+ years of experiencein B2 B sales within power distribution, electrical systems, or energy infrastructureProven experience selling to: Utilities, EPCs, or system integrators in Spain and/or ItalyStrong understanding ofproject-based and long-cycle salesFamiliarity with MV/LV power distribution solutions is a strong advantageFluent English required ;
