We are currently undergoing significant international expansion and are seeking top-tier engineering talent to join our team.We are seeking a skilledElectrical, Electronics & Wiring Harness Architectto define the backbone of our defense vehicle systems.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Design:Define and map databus architectures (e.G., CAN bus, MIL-STD-1553, Ethernet) and power distribution systems for complex defense platforms.Wiring & Harness Design:Develop robust electrical schematics and wiring harness layouts, optimizing electronic packaging to withstand extreme environmental and tactical conditions.Systems Integration:Ensure seamless interoperability between electronic subsystems, including line-replaceable units (LRUs), ruggedized racks, thermal management/cooling systems, and processing hardware.Testing & Simulation:Execute hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) validation, electrical load analysis,



and circuit simulations to guarantee system reliability in mission-critical environments.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with Mechanical and Software Engineering teams to seamlessly integrate the electronic architecture into the physical vehicle platform.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Experience:Proven experience in electrical architecture and wiring harness design, ideally within military, defense, or specialized heavy vehicle sectors.Technical Skills:Proficiency in electrical CAD and simulation tools (e.G., Mentor Graphics Capital, E3.Series, MATLAB/Simulink) and familiarity with EMC/EMI mitigation standards (e.G., MIL-STD-461).Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in multidisciplinary team environments.Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues under tight deadlines.Demonstrated ability to lead engineering work packages and coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Maintenance departments.Languages:Full professional proficiency in technical English.Employment ConditionsLocation:Availability to work in any of these three locations: Madrid, Cordoba, or SevilleContract Type:Permanent / IndefiniteSalary:Competitive / Commensurate with experienceContinuous professional development and specialized defense sector training.
