WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 4+ years designing, implementing and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments

• Strong experience with Citrix Cloud, Citrix DaaS, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers and Workspace Environment Management

• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, and profile management (FSLogix, Citrix UPM, etc.)

• Hands-on with virtualization and cloud platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V and/or Azure/AWS), networking and load balancing

• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning of large-scale VDI environments

• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell)



and a DevOps mindset for repeatable deployments and configuration management

• Strong focus on security, compliance, and user experience in enterprise environments

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design, build and maintain secure, scalable Citrix Virtual Desktop infrastructures for international clients

• Manage application and desktop delivery, image lifecycle, and user profile strategies to ensure optimal performance

• Automate deployments, updates and configuration using PowerShell and modern infrastructure-as-code practices

• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents across Citrix, OS, network and authentication layers

• Collaborate with cloud, network, security and workplace teams to integrate Citrix into the wider digital workplace ecosystem

• Contribute to standards, documentation and continuous improvement of VDI services and best practices
