Experteer Overview
In this role you drive software procurement and license management within the Software Operations team as part of RiBS. You will manage PO processes, monitor vendor licensing, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining data integrity and stakeholder communications. You’ll work cross-functionally to improve processes and supplier satisfaction, contributing to the digital transformation of our service. This is a hands-on role with a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and measurable vendor performance. You will partner with multi-cultural teams in Barcelona to deliver impactful results.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage purchase orders from creation to follow-up in line with SLAs and vendor requirements
• Apply vendor licensing programs and ensure license confirmations and on-time deliveries
• Close price discrepancies and oversee invoicing processes
• Provide regular MI to internal and external stakeholders with data accuracy
• Own metrics for the vendor set and resolve incidents promptly
• Analyze order quality monthly and drive improvements for e-commerce tools




• Coordinate with local teams and RiBS departments to ensure process performance
• Lead ad-hoc projects as defined by the Software Operations Manager

Responsabilidades
• Experience with SAP and BW
• Advanced MS Excel user; proficient MS Office
• Proficient English; other languages (German, French, Italian) optional
• Strong purchasing management and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Able to work under pressure and be proactive in problem solving
• Collaborative team player with adaptation to changing environments
