Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the planning and delivery of the 2026 online commerce roadmap for Jean-Paul Gaultier Fragrance, bridging the DTC brand team with technical squads. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery to enhance customer experience, maintain platform stability, and ensure brand requirements are met. You’ll shape feature rollouts, country expansions, and CMS/API integrations with a strong emphasis on analytics, accessibility, SEO, and performance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role in Barcelona that impacts online sales and internal workflows.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and plan the 2026 roadmap priorities based on capacity and brand strategy
• Own and drive operating rhythm with tech team and product owner for clear requirements and on-schedule delivery
• Create detailed retro-plans for cross-functional projects and complex features
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and with quality
• Manage day-to-day incidents and issues with cross-functional teams
• Ensure projects meet analytics, accessibility, SEO, and performance standards




• Assist with end-to-end processes and user acceptance tests, manage JIRA tickets
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and maintain ongoing maintenance support
• Support DTC team with CMS tools knowledge and task contributions through demos and documentation

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years in project/program management or consulting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Energetic, can-do attitude
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in English, Spanish preferred; French is a plus
• Technical knowledge a plus; no IT background required
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar PM software
