Experteer Overview
In this role you ensure accurate and timely Group P&L; submissions and act as the single point of contact for P&L; reporting. You will own the analytical process and drive improvements to ALMT Management Accounting across EMEA, including automation and data quality initiatives. You will design dashboards to provide clear performance insights and lead budgeting and forecasting with strong controls. This position offers cross-functional collaboration within a regional hub that supports BNP Paribas’ financial data backbone and decision-making.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Coordinate P&L; reporting with ALMT Finance, regional finance teams, SMS/HOR and controllers
• Reconcile financial and management accounting figures per Group and CIB standards
• Promote data quality, automate expense reporting, replace manual entries with robust solutions
• Design, build and maintain KPI dashboards for stakeholders




• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycle with controls and global communication

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent; master as a plus
• 4-5 years in financial or management accounting, preferably in financial services
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; IFRS understood; French GAAP knowledge valuable
• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication
