Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the international finance department (France u0026amp; Africa) from Madrid, collaborating with a integral team to deliver timely financial reporting, analysis, and controls. You will streamline month-end closing, ensure data accuracy in reporting, and support forex hedging. You will drive data-driven insights across divisions to enable informed business decisions and maintain compliance.

• Perform and streamline month-end closing to ensure timely MIS reporting
• Prepare financial reporting packages by reconciling data and ensuring accuracy
• Verify and validate reporting data in financial systems/tools
• Analyze overhead, absorption variances, and investigate root causes
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and produce regular/adhoc reports on orders, revenue margins, inventories, working capital, and cash flow
• Perform overdue analysis and follow up on disputes
• Provide forex hedging support
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and manage AP/OC/vendor invoice follow-ups
• Maintain accruals and provisions; support what-if financial scenarios




• Prepare data for Business Reviews; ensure internal controls
• Collaborate with finance teams across divisions, countries, and functions
• Improve productivity via automated solutions and streamlined information coordination
• Adapt to evolving work requirements and deadlines

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in finance/Controlling/Accounting or Chartered Accountant qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, ICAS, CPA, CIMA)
• 3 years of FPu0026A experience in multinational or matrix organizations
• Hands-on SAP FICO (ideally S4 HANA) experience
• Strong MS Office and Business Warehouse knowledge
• Proven ability to work with diverse international teams
• Self-motivated with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Fluent in English; Spanish and French are a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
