Experteer Overview
As a Web Developer in the CRM domain, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support customer relationships across Sales, Marketing and Support. You’ll ensure stability, performance, and operability of CRM solutions, acting as a bridge between internal teams, MSPs and end users to deliver service excellence. You’ll contribute to a modern, API-first architecture while securing data and optimizing user experiences. This role sits in a integral, collaborative Digital Campus that drives industrial digitalization within Airbus Helicopters.

• Contribute to technical architecture and feature alignment with API First and security standards
• Maintain and enhance the AirbusWorld (Liferay) portal for international customers
• Provide level 3 technical support and drive continuous improvement of applications
• Monitor and optimize performance and responsiveness of apps

Responsabilidades
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3,



JavaScript ES6+ and at least one modern framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Experience with enterprise CMS solutions like Liferay or similar
• Strong server-side skills in Java and modern frameworks (e.g., Next.js)
• SQL and database design proficiency
• Docker and Kubernetes containerization and orchestration
• API-first approach with focus on security and performance (OWASP, authentication standards)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and story-point estimation
• CI/CD with GitLab and experience with testing (unit, functional, integration)
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication with technical and business stakeholders
