As a Senior GNC Engineer in Barcelona, you will advance rendezvous capabilities through expert guidance of guidance, navigation and control systems within a cross-functional team. You will drive algorithm development, integrate them into spacecraft architecture, and shape safety and operational concepts. Your work will influence mission success from conception through operations, with hands-on validation and real-world satellite experience. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop advanced GNC algorithms for space rendezvous
• Integrate algorithms with system parameters (sensors, actuators, computers)




• Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess GNC performance
• Contribute to ConOps and Safety Concepts, including FDIR strategies
• Support GNC Validation u0026 Verification processes for reliability
• Assist Rendezvous and Docking Operations across mission lifecycle

Responsabilidades
• Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (PhD xqbhyrx a plus)
• ≥8 years of professional GNC/AOCS experience for satellites
• Heritage in at least one successful satellite mission with GNC/AOCS/Flight Dynamics
• Strong programming skills in MATLAB/Simulink with autocoding; flight computer software experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
