B2B Marketing Specialist – Southern Europe (Maternity Cover)

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to drive growth and demand generation across Southern Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of regional marketing strategy, partner closely with sales, and deliver impactful campaigns in a fast-paced, international environment.

The Role
You’ll lead marketing efforts across the region, working cross-functionally with integral teams to plan and execute campaigns that support ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the regional marketing strategy and plan
Drive demand generation aligned with commercial objectives
Partner with sales teams to support pipeline growth
Define and track marketing KPIs , optimising performance through data insights
Manage campaign execution across email, social, events, and webinars




Localise global content and create region-specific assets
Oversee budget allocation and evaluate ROI of marketing activities

What We’re Looking For
~5+ years’ marketing experience , ideally in a B2B environment
~ Strong experience in campaign planning and execution
~ Confident working with marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
~ Ability to analyse data and optimise marketing performance
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
~ Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Language Requirements
Fluent English
Native or bilingual French (essential)
Spanish (desirable)

Nice to Have
Experience across both B2B and B2C environments
Background in international or regional marketing roles
