Working closely with the Global Corporate Communications Team, you will lead and coordinate engagement activities, including town halls, fireside chats, and briefings. Additionally, you will co-create newsletters and manage our ONEB pages. Proficient in MS Office & Video Editing, you can create engaging presentations and content for platforms like Viva Engage and SharePoint. With openness and motivation, you can learn and excel in this role.RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BEPrepare a yearly calendar for Tech & Data Communications and engagement, in alignment with Global CommsPlan and coordinate Tech & Data engagement activities, including town halls, fireside chats, and briefingsCollaborate with Primos across Tech & Data and Bacardi to ensure effective communicationCo-create newsletters and manage the Tech & Data ONEB pagesLead the planning and recording of the Tech in 10 Podcast SeriesPlan and Prepare the Tech in Focus and Fireside Chat sessionsCreate engaging content for different platforms, including Viva Engage and SharePointInput to and support the delivery of the Tech2030 communications planSupport projects in the Tech Portfolio with the development of their communication plansProject Management of projects and initiatives supporting the General Communications Team & Heritage TeamSKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACYStrong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels and audiencesExperience creating and managing content for newsletters, intranet, and employee engagement platformsAbility to plan and coordinate engagement activities, events,
