They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency. We are looking for an experienced logistics operations manager to manage the overall operation solutions in EU new markets.ResponsibilitiesOversee logistics operations across one or multiple EU new markets, including (but not limited to) import clearance, courier delivery, warehouse fulfillment, reverse logistics, reverse warehouse; responsible for end-to-end logistics performance from paid until delivered in different logistics modes.Build and manage key strategic relationships with key sellers, 3PLs, and logistics providers; as the owner of SOP, responsible for operation performance indicators (KPI), root cause of issues, feedback on expected solutions and business impact, providing short‑term solutions/support to the business before long‑term fixes are in place, and driving results until change deployment.Conduct market and industry research,



develop operational plans to address issues, and hedge risks caused by market or policy changes if needed; manage day‑to‑day operations, track record of high performance and team improvement.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a background in engineering, science, logistics transportation, or operations management.Excellent understanding of any segment of logistics operations, including (but not limited to) data integration, first‑mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process, and import clearance.Solid working experience and relationships in 3PL management across multiple EU markets.Self‑motivated, results‑driven, analytical, and data‑driven.Fluent communication in Chinese to communicate with CN cross‑border merchants and internal stakeholders based in China.Preferred QualificationsSolid working experience in platform logistics across pan‑EU markets, with deep understanding and working relationships with major courier companies. xcskxlj Fair understanding of e‑commerce marketplace operation and governance policy.Ability to do short‑term business travel within Europe and the UK.#J-18808-Ljbffr
