Build hook variants and iterate fast based on performance data Keep delivery consistent and on-schedule across multiple brands

You have 2+ years editing performance ads

— UGC, app, or DTC You're comfortable in Capcut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve/After Effects You're remote-ready and communicate proactively

Experience with motion graphics or text animation Familiarity with mobile app or rewarded app verticals Fully remote — work from wherever Contract or full-time depending on fit We are not considering
