Experteer Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Manufacturing Software Development Team, you will drive improvements to internal production flows and automation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional and multi-regional teams to define value, prioritize ideas, and build solid processes with Manufacturing Production teams. You will gather and formalize requirements, present business cases, and communicate progress to stakeholders. You’ll analyze complex manufacturing processes, propose simplifications, and support documentation efforts (SRS, RTM) while shaping the product roadmap and technical architecture in partnership with R&D.;

• Prepare and own formalized business requirements and prioritize ideas/projects
• Define business value and present business cases to stakeholders
• Clarify requirements with internal stakeholders and track project progress
• Perform demos for stakeholders and communicate with owners, supervisors, engineers, customers
• Analyze complex manufacturing processes and propose simplifications
• Support documentation efforts (SRS, RTM)
• Define roadmap for site requests and synchronize feedback across sites
• Contribute to high-level technical architecture with R&D;
• Identify new improvement opportunities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Engage cross-site collaboration to drive competitive product development
