Experteer Overview
As a People Operations Partner, you will own the employee lifecycle for regional clusters within ABB Robotics, ensuring accurate data and a seamless candidate-to-retire experience. You’ll harmonize processes across legacy ABB and SoftBank teams to deliver a unified “One Robotics” experience via Workday. In a standalone Robotics setup, you’ll support governance, benefits, and payroll-related data while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers impact through process optimization during a pivotal transition.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead administrative execution of onboarding, including contract generation, background checks, and Day 1 readiness
• Manage employee changes (promotions, lateral moves, data corrections) in Workday
• Oversee offboarding processes and final documentation
• Act as Workday SME for your cluster, ensuring 100% data accuracy for payroll and reporting
• Partner with brokers/providers on enrollment, eligibility,



and troubleshooting for regional benefits
• Support Total Rewards during annual cycles (audits of data, creation of communications)
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal audit standards for employee files
• Assist in harmonizing processes for the carve-out to the standalone organization

Responsabilidades
• 5–8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services across multiple countries
• Workday HCM advanced experience
• Comfort with BP flows and reporting in HR systems
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and impact on payroll and benefits
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, transitions, or carve-outs a plus
• Ability to explain HR policies and system requirements clearly
• English and Hungarian language proficiency
• Prior HR experience for Romania, Hungary, or Slovenia is an asset
