About the Client & Project
The client operates a complex digital platform ecosystem, requiring strong operational support for disaster recovery and system resilience.
This role supports the resiliency strategy by executing and maintaining DR processes and readiness.

Role Overview
We are looking for Disaster Recovery Analysts to support the execution of DR plans, testing, and operational readiness, ensuring systems can recover quickly in case of failure.

Key Responsibilities
Support execution of Disaster Recovery plans and processes
Participate in DR drills and testing activities
Monitor system readiness and identify recovery gaps
Maintain DR documentation and runbooks
Work with engineering teams to ensure system recoverability
Assist in incident response and post-incident analysis
Track and report recovery metrics and SLAs





Must Have Skills
Around 5 years of experience
Experience in SaaS environments
Understanding of Disaster Recovery concepts
Familiarity with cloud platforms and system architecture
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have
Exposure to BCRM frameworks
Experience with monitoring and incident management tools
Basic understanding of MarTech platforms
