This role focuses on building scalable BI products, semantic data models, and high-quality Power BI dashboards that support data-driven decision‑making across energy trading portfolios. You will work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to transform complex datasets into intuitive and performant visual analytics solutions. This is a long‑term engagement with enterprise‑scale analytics platforms, modern BI practices, and international stakeholders.Important: Must be located in Spain / Portugal.What you will doLeadend-to-end development of BI products, including requirements discovery, wireframing, modeling, development, testing, and deployment in Power BI ServiceDesign and buildrobust semantic models and reusable datasets optimized for performance and scalabilityDevelop interactive dashboards and decision‑support analytics productsApplyvisualization best practices to communicate insights clearly and effectivelyOptimizeDAX calculations, SQL queries, and data models for high performance and scalabilityImplementdata quality checks, lineage tracking, and security controls such as row‑level and column‑level securityCollaborate withdata engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycleSupport UAT processes, feedback loops, and continuous improvement of analytics productsContribute to BI standards, templates,
