We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Payments Expert to join our Move Money Team of Payments Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to provide the best solution for Payments considering customer needs, market behaviors, regulations, and user requirements, delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. As a Digital Payments Expert, you will:

Be key member of a squad of Core Banking Transformation, you will provide a broad knowledge on ING products, services, channels, and local Payments Regulations.
You identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations. You analyze data to extract operational information for decision taken, create reports for Operations areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc..). Analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

These are some of the qualities that we value the most for this role. Master or bachelor’s degree between 5/7 years of experience managing complex projects.
Strong English is a must have.
