We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk Manager to join our dynamic hostel team in Granada. As a part of the dynamic Spanish hostel chain, we believe in offering more than just a place to sleep — we create gateways to authentic cultural experiences. Now, we're looking for a dedicated Front Desk Manager to help us continue offering outstanding service to our diverse community of guests.

As Front Desk Manager you will lead the reception team and support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure swift resolution of guest issues.
Oversee daily cash transactions and maintain accurate account balances.
Recruit, train, and mentor front desk staff to ensure consistent high-quality service.
Manage scheduling, shifts,



and vacation planning while fostering a positive team culture.
Manage online guest reviews (TripAdvisor, Booking, Google, etc.) to uphold brand reputation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to guarantee room readiness and cleanliness.
Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

To excel in this role, you should possess:
Prior experience in customer service for hospitality.
