If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.About the RoleWe’re hiring aStaff Security Engineer, Enterprise / SaaS Securityto lead the security strategy and architecture for Nscale’s SaaS and enterprise application ecosystem.In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection ofsecurity, IT, and engineering , owning how SaaS applications are secured, managed, and governed across the company. You’ll work closely withIdentity, Legal, IT, and Compliancepartners to strengthen access controls, improve application governance, and support secure adoption of the tools teams rely on every day.This is ahigh-impact Staff-level rolefocused on reducing risk from shadow IT, building scalable security controls, and enabling the business to move quickly without compromising security. Your work will help shape how enterprise tools are adopted and used across Nscale while balancing strong risk reduction with user productivity.This role will be part of the global CISO organization.What you'll be doingSaaS Security Strategy & ArchitectureDefineand drive Nscale’s SaaS security strategy and roadmapOwnthe security architecture for the company’s SaaS and enterprise application ecosystemBuildscalable security solutions that support rapid, secure tool adoption across the organizationDriveuser-friendly security approaches that balance protection with productivityApplication Discovery,



Governance & Risk ReductionDiscoverand assess SaaS application inventory across the companyIdentifyand reduce risks associated with shadow ITEstablishgovernance for application onboarding, risk reviews, and vendor security assessmentsManagehow SaaS applications are secured and governed throughout their lifecycleAccess Controls & Identity IntegrationDesignand enforce secure configurations and access controls across SaaS platformsPartnerwith Identity teams to implementSSO ,SCIM provisioning , and lifecycle managementImplementand automate least-privilege access and role-based controls across enterprise toolsStrengthenenterprise access models in alignment with identity systems and governance standardsSecurity Controls, Monitoring & Cross-Functional EnablementBuildand scale SaaS security controls, includingCASB/SSPM , posture management, and monitoringIntegrateSaaS platforms into logging, monitoring, and detection systemsPartnerwith Legal, IT, and Compliance teams to align with security policies and regulatory requirementsInfluencestakeholders across functions on secure adoption and use of enterprise toolingKPIsShadow IT identification and reductionSSO, SCIM, and lifecycle management implementationLeast-privilege and role-based access control adoptionSaaS platform logging, monitoring, and detection coverageAbout You8+ yearsof experience in security engineering, with a strong focus on enterprise and SaaS securityDeep experience securing major SaaS platforms such asGoogle Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack, and SalesforceStrong understanding of identity integration, includingSSO, SCIM, and lifecycle managementExperience with SaaS security tools such asSSPM, CASB, or equivalent platformsExperience identifying and mitigatingshadow ITrisksFamiliarity with access control models and enterprise identity systemsAbility to operate at aStaff level , owning systems and driving cross-functional initiativesConfidence influencing stakeholders across security, IT, engineering, Legal, and ComplianceNice to have: familiarity withAPI securityand SaaS integrationsNice to have: experience with automation, SaaS governance tooling, compliance frameworks, or integrating SaaS telemetry intoSIEM or detection pipelinesWhat we can offer youAt Nscale,
