You will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining alignment across all sustainability disclosures, and coordinating topical reporting while taking ownership of ESG rating agencies. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about understanding evolving ESG regulations, ensuring high quality ESG reporting, and driving excellence in external assessments.Key Responsibilities:ESG Regulatory MonitoringMonitor emerging ESG reporting legislation in EU, Switzerland, North America, among others.Analyze new regulations and assess applicability to Syngenta and its reporting entitiesSupport with the development of compliance roadmaps: timelines, actions, and ownersTranslate complex regulatory language into actionable requirements for internal teamsHelp prepareregulatory briefings for senior managementMaintain regulatory tracker/calendar for all ESG reporting deadlines across jurisdictionsLiaise with Legal, Finance,
