Proficiency in designing and developing services
Expertise in Terraform and Python for building and automating IaC
Ability to optimize services for efficiency
Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Google Health and FinOps
Telco Knowledge specially on Core Telecom devices
Incident Handling & ITIL process understanding
Knowledge of BMC Helix
Knowledge of Netcool application (No development experience, Knowledge on how to use it, how to see alarms etc.)
