Act both a technical expert and a project coordinator, working closely with Business, Architecture, IT&Data; teams to deliver scalable, high-impact AI solutions.
Main functions and tasks:
Design, deploy, and scale GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI solutions
Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into technical solutions.
Contribute to build Sofinco Roadmap in AI & Automation
Collaborate with Architecture, IT and Data teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations.
Identify and define metrics to track adoption, performance, and developer impact.
Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG): Build and optimize data pipelines to ingest diverse sources into AI models to ensure accurate, grounded advisory
Prompt Engineering & Tuning: Continuously refine LLM performance to ensure security and privacy advice is technically sound, brand-aligned, and user-friendly

Technical Support:



Act as the primary technical contact for AI and automation tool incidents
Performance Monitoring: LLM evaluation, Analyze tool usage and AI response accuracy, propose continuous feature enhancements
