An opportunity for a * Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Engineer *has arisen within * Airbus Defence and Space *, Toulouse (France). The selected candidate will join a brand-new team inside the * Military Derivatives department of Air Power *. * RESPONSIBILITIES ** * Analyse and validate * metallic parts in Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT;), as well as composite or hybrid structures. * * Write and check * stress dossiers, justification reports, and test programs. * * Define justification approaches * and ensure activity progress with Technical Authority support. * * Support manufacturing * by assessing non-conformities on structural elements. * * Work closely * with design engineers and communicate with internal/external stakeholders, experts, and civil or military authorities.

We are looking forward to know you: * * Education: * Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline. * * Experience: * At least 3 years of experience in Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT;). * * Soft skills: * Autonomous approach, strong adaptability, open-minded, synthetic thinker, and good communication skills. * * Languages: * Advanced level of English and Spanish (both written & spoken).
