We’re looking for a Salesforce Engagement Manager to join Mavence and become a trusted delivery partner for our customers in Europe.
This is a senior, customer-facing role for someone who combines Salesforce expertise, strong program leadership, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
You’ll work closely with customers and local teams in Madrid while coordinating distributed Salesforce and SAP resources across Europe, India, and the United States.
We’re looking for someone who understands Salesforce well enough to confidently participate in functional, technical, and architecture discussions while keeping teams aligned and delivery moving forward.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, executive stakeholders, and delivery teams.




Build trusted relationships through regular collaboration with customers and local teams in Madrid.
Lead project governance, status reviews, workshops, steering meetings, and escalation discussions.
Coordinate Salesforce and SAP teams working across different countries and time zones.
Keep multiple workstreams aligned around priorities, scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
Guide engagements through discovery, solution design, integration, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
Participate confidently in Salesforce functional, integration, and architecture conversations.
Identify delivery or technical risks early and help the team make clear, practical decisions.
