Kemira is a general leader in sustainable chemistry for water‑intensive industries, with a dedicated Packaging & Hygiene Solutions Business Unit focusing on renewable solutions in packaging and tissue.

The role is based in Western Europe (preferably near a Kemira production site or commercial office), with flexible location and travel within the EMEA West region.

Responsibilities

- Lead and develop sales team(s) to achieve designated sales objectives.
- Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns and lead operational activities for assigned geography/market segment/customers.
- Define customer needs for Kemira chemicals, digital solutions and services with sustainability focus.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and targets.
- Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures or reallocate resources.
- Negotiate sales with existing and potential customers and actively liaise with customers.
- Contribute to development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies through market intelligence and customer information.
- Ensure occupational safety in commercial operations.

Qualifications





- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Technology, Chemistry, Economics or similar.
- Demonstrable experience in leading diverse and multinational teams.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills.
- Strong ability to inspire and coach others.
- Ideal knowledge and experience of the Pulp & Paper business.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are beneficial.
- Willingness for frequent business travel.
