**DESCRIPTION**
You will join the multicultural and multidisciplinary IM Integration & Digital Technologies team, which actively contributes to the digitalization of our business and are operating a Workload Automation platform based on the Control-M tool suite. The platform is used to automate business processes across all domains and functions within the company and becoming more and more a critical part of our IM infrastructure.
**Your challenges, main tasks & accountabilities?**
* Platform Operations:



Ensure the proper real-time monitoring and operation of the Control-M production plan, working in close collaboration with related subcontractors.
* Workflow Creation: Manage and deliver required change requests, job scheduling, and new feature requests (Build) based on functional specifications.
* Incident Management: Act as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting job failures, analyzing logs/Sysout, and performing recovery actions to meet operational SLAs.
* Service Lifecycle: Contribute to the product and service strategy by defining scheduling rules, calendars, and optimization through On-Do actions.
* Collaboration: Work with the IM Security team to ensure that automation standards and developed solutions meet security constraints and compliance.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as a technical focal point for all actors involved in the batch processing ecosystem.
* Your main interfaces in this mission will be: *
* Control-M Product Owner
* Business Process Owners & App Teams
* Airbus Control-M CoE
* IM Security & Project Managers
**SKILLS**
* You have the following skills and competencies: *
* Degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
* Control-M Expertise: Strong experience in Workload Automation (V9.X or higher), including Monitoring, Planning, and Configuration.
* Technical Background: Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments, with the ability to read/modify Shell, Bash, or PowerShell scripts.
* Proactive Attitude: Team player with a "can-do" attitude and experience working in international teams.
* Quality Focus: Good understanding of business requirements and a commitment to maintaining production stability.
* Communication: English at negotiation level.
