Role & Location
As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences. You will join our Madrid office to work with our partners, providers, and venues. You will help Fever grow its Candlelight events across the Nordics and Netherlands, interacting with all Fever departments from Marketing to Operations. The team is motivated, diverse, and has top profiles from leading companies and organizations.
What you'll do
As a Junior Project Manager, you will work with your team lead to develop, launch and manage events from conception to delivery. You will collaborate with other departments to scale events to other markets and own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for our key experiences.
Fever provides training and coaching to support your professional development.
Roles include the following responsibilities and growth opportunities:
- Provide a detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies; propose changes to operational processes; drive high standards in customer satisfaction; ensure high-quality experiences are delivered.
- Manage events from conception to delivery,
working with existing partners and developing new relationships.
- Scale the Candlelight experience in the Nordics team.
- Coordinate with Fever internal teams.
- Collaborate with Fever marketing to maximize ticket sales and coverage.
- Manage, report on, and grow revenue from Candlelight Events.
- Represent the Fever brand at events.
- Make informed, data-driven decisions (including P&L; analysis).
- Work with Candlelight teams across the brand in the Nordics market.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in a project management or consulting role. This is not a position for an events background.
- Fluent in Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish, with excellent communication skills. Native English speakers could be considered.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills; a big appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
- Solution-focused with the ability to identify problems and develop plans to resolve them.
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- Highly organized and efficient; curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.
- Great networking skills and the ability to establish smart partnerships.
- Ability to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Ability to handle large volumes of work and parallel work-streams.
- Collaborative and willing to be hands-on with all required events tasks.
- Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
- Strong academic background is a plus.

Our Hiring Process
The process typically includes:
- A 30-minute video call with a Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss your career plan and cultural fit.
- A 60-minute online test covering logic, analytics and written comprehension.
- A 30-minute interview with your future manager.
- A 45-minute video call with your future manager, including questions about your profile and a business case (to be prepared in advance).
