Experteer Overview
As a Project Design Authority at Thales Sistemas, you will translate complex system needs into architectures that satisfy stakeholders across European defense projects. You’ll coordinate with customers, developers and partners to plan, document and deliver integrated solutions. You’ll estimate effort, lead integration activities and contribute to technical demos and training. This role blends systems engineering, design leadership and cross‑functional collaboration to support mission‑critical transport and defense programs.

Responsabilidades
• 5–8 years of experience in Software,



Systems Engineering and IVVQ activities
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Willingness to travel mainly in Europe (~8 weeks/year)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with engineering processes including requirements management and system architecture
• Experience leading engineering projects or activities
• Familiarity with DOORS, EA, Polarion, TFS, JIRA
• Modelling skills with tools like Enterprise Architect/UML
• Ability to work in Agile (Scrum), Lean engineering and DevOps environments
• Knowledge of performance, robustness and cybersecurity management
• Knowledge of cloud, virtualization and containerization technologies
• Good collaboration across international stakeholders
• Personal security clearance or ability to obtain one
