Multinational business group is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a integral corporate learning initiative acting as a corporate university. This strategic initiative brings together expertise, technology and best practices from across the organization to strengthen capabilities, develop talent and support the delivery of complex, large-scale infrastructure projects in an international environment.
The role will provide high-level administrative and organizational support, ensuring efficient coordination of agendas, meetings, communications and key activities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. It requires strong attention to detail, discretion and the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives in an international, multi-company environment.
Manage complex calendars and agendas, coordinating across different geographies and time zones.
Organise and oversee travel logistics, expenses and operational purchases for the leadership team.
Plan, structure and coordinate meetings, workshops and virtual sessions, ensuring clear agendas, documentation and follow-up actions.
Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials and structured communications aligned with the initiative’s standards.




Use digital tools and AI-based solutions to streamline processes, improve productivity and enhance organisational effectiveness.
Act as a key coordination point with internal teams and external partners and stakeholders.
Support the initiative’s growth journey with flexibility, initiative and a hands-on approach, adapting to evolving priorities and timelines.
Act as a key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements for the Position

Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent employment experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-responsibility role.
Strong digital capabilities and an active interest in emerging technologies; experience using AI tools is highly valued.
Proven experience working within international environments or multinational teams.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Bilingual in both Spanish and English, written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.
Availability to support executives with adaptable time management when required
