Job DescriptionTalent Acquisition Advisor

This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 9 Months and applicants must be able to speak Fluent Spanish & English.

TK Maxx (part of TJX Europe) is opening stores across Spain, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team and help shape the future of our hiring journey.

What You’ll Be DoingYou'll

- Support high-volume recruitment campaigns for our stores across Spain
- Manage candidate applications and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, hiring events and recruitment activities
- Build talent pools for current and future recruitment needs
- Create engaging recruitment content and support employer branding initiatives
- Provide market insights and recruitment updates to stakeholders




- Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues across our European Talent Acquisition team

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who:

- Is fluent in both Spanish and English
- Has experience working with recruitment systems and candidate management tools
- Enjoys building relationships and engaging with people
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Has strong attention to detail
- Takes ownership and looks for solutions
- Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

Experience supporting volume recruitment, hiring events or direct sourcing would be a bonus.
