In this role, you will support the go-live and stabilization of new KYC processes for retail clients, ensuring accurate data verification and compliant onboarding. You’ll perform due diligence, assess client risk, and sign off on adoptions consistent with regulatory and internal policies. You’ll collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and business partners to maintain high-quality service while meeting SLAs. This role offers hands-on impact in an AML/KYC environment within a globally recognized firm. You’ll contribute to efficient onboarding under Germany’s pension framework while advancing process improvements.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Support go-live of new processes and stabilize operations during ramp-up
• Verify client data and KYC documentation for new/reviewed clients
• Conduct risk assessments on clients to be adopted or reviewed
• Sign off on new client adoptions and regular reviews
• Manage New Client Adoption and Regular Review streams per regulatory and internal policies
• Ensure timely,



quality approval within defined SLAs
• Prepare reports and MIS for stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain high-quality customer experience

Responsabilidades
• 1–2 years AML/KYC experience in retail or corporate finance
• Understanding of control, compliance, and investigation functions in banks
• Analytical u0026 investigative skills with ability to assess information and resolve NLS alerts
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and guidelines
• Operational excellence with xqbhyrx high-volume case processing and strong documentation
• Change and process implementation capability in regulated environments
• Good English written and verbal skills
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring responsible use of data
