Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Tender Management Software Engineering team within Sanofi's Global eCommerce organization, driving the end-to-end platform that supports strategic bidding for global tenders.You will oversee data management, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations to improve revenue protection and operational efficiency.You will partner with cross-functional teams to modernize tender processes and responsibly incorporate AI-driven insights while safeguarding pricing data.This is an opportunity to shape a mission-critical, globally scaled platform in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead a full-stack engineering team (up to 7 direct reports) and develop their career paths • Define technical vision for a specialized domain within the eCommerce tech stack • Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to shape the product and timeline • Spend ~60% of time on people management, design reviews,
