Experteer Overview As a Data Architect in B. Braun's Global Digital department, you will shape the semantic models and governance for clinical data across the Digital Foundation Platform.You'll focus on the Patient Data Service and Media Service, ensuring standards compliance and practical alignment with hospital workflows.You bridge clinicians, hospital IT, and engineering to enable real-world care delivery through interoperable data.This role offers meaningful impact on digital health platforms that connect devices, information systems, and workflows on a integral scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios • Design, author, and govern HL7 FHIR profiles, extensions, ValueSets and Implementation Guides • Model and map clinical data entities from HIS/EMR to standardized platform resources • Define semantic normalization and vocabularies (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-*****, RxNorm, UCUM) • Define metadata schemas and data models for imaging (DICOM, DICOMweb)
and non-DICOM content • Align radiology workflows with platform services using DICOMweb and IHE profiles • Establish semantic references between imaging studies and EMR records using FHIR resources • Translate real-world clinical workflows into interoperability specifications • Specify transformation rules between HL7 v2/CDA and FHIR/DICOM models • Define integration architectures based on IHE profiles and ensure data quality and MPI strategies • Audit and validate implementations adhere to data models and standards • Act as liaison between clinical IT, Product Owners, and backend engineers Responsabilidades • HL7 FHIR expert (R4/R5) • HL7 v2.x (ADT/ORM/ORU) • DICOM u**** DICOMweb proficiency • Knowledge of HIS/EMR, RIS, PACS, VNA, LIS • Clinical workflows experience • IHE integration profiles (PAM, PIX/PDQ, XDS, SWF, XDW) • Vocabularies: SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-*****, RxNorm, UCUM • Semantic mapping and ConceptMap authoring • Data modeling (JSON/XML/OpenAPI) • Governance, data quality, MPI/EMPI, HIPAA/GDPR compliance • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Requisitos principales • Global impact in digital health • Open standards culture (FHIR, DICOMweb, SNOMED CT) • Hybrid work environment • Flexible hours • Continuous professional development programs
