We are looking for French-speaking professionals with a strong background in customer service and sales, particularly in reservation upgrades, to join our dynamic and multicultural team in Málaga.YOUR ROLE- Deliver high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients- Manage reservation requests and promote upgrade opportunities- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels- Contribute to a positive customer experience while achieving sales targetsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Native or bilingual French and C1 level of English (minimum)- Previous experience in customer service and sales- Hospitality or tourism background is a plus- Based in Málaga or willing to relocate- Strong communication and customer-oriented mindsetWHAT WE OFFER- Salary:
