A vacancy for a Structural Tests Systems Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe, (Madrid). The successful applicant will join the Engineering Department (Struc. Test Laboratory & Systems).Responsibilities
Verify that the system’s requirements are correctly & completely implemented. The resulting compliance matrix may be required for qualification of the system in the frame of military acceptance or civil certification.Set up a development process including all disciplines in a structured process from concept to production to operation. The choice of the development model is not restricted to a special model such as waterfall or other methods.Choose processes and activities according to the system's needs, applying a good understanding of the Vee‑model for development with iteration loops and V&V; processes.Execute and analyse overall functions of a complete system (aircraft, spacecraft, …).Qualifications / Skills
Educated to degree level in Engineering.Experience in Engineering, especially with structures (5–10 years)
