About the Role: The Senior Marketing Managerisresponsibleforthemanagement ofhis/her owncongresses' marketing activities. He/Shemanagesa Team of Marketing Managers and Marketing Coordinators. He/Shealso developsmarketing strategies, managesbudgets and promotionalactivitiesand communicateswith clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage yourowncongresses' marketing activities;
Manage Marketing Coordinators/ Senior Marketing Coordinatorsand Marketing Managers;
Be the one point of contact for congresses' marketing needs;
Develop the congresses'brand and marketing strategies;
Prepare and adhere congresses' budgets;
Oversee the different marketing campaigns;
Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure successful deliveries of marketing activities;
Plan and implement promotional campaigns;




Manage and improve leadgeneration campaigns and measure results;
Create a wide range of different marketing materials (online and offline, including videos);
Report on progress and effectiveness of the different campaigns;
Performothertasksrelatedtothecompany'sactivityanditswork,accordingtoaspecificassignmentbythedirectmanagerorthe Manager. REQUIREMENTS: Highly motivated, team player;
Time management skills,ability to prioritize and multitask;
Communication and project management skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Experience in managing clients, market research and analysis;
