About the Role
The organization has already completed most of its Bazel adoption journey and has an established Bazel environment in place. The current challenge is focused on the migration of complex test frameworks and test suites to Bazel, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and execution efficiency.





This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges in build systems, test infrastructure, and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

Migrate complex automated test suites and testing frameworks to Bazel.

Design, implement, and optimize Bazel build and test configurations.

Analyze and resolve challenging dependency, build, and test execution issues.

Improve developer productivity through tooling, automation, and CI/CD enhancements.

Collaborate with software development teams to support the adoption of Bazel-based testing practices.

Contribute to build system architecture, test infrastructure, and engineering best practices.

Work closely with experienced Bazel engineers on advanced technical challenges.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with

Bazel .

Experience migrating software projects, build systems, or test frameworks to Bazel.

Solid software engineering background in

Java

and Maven-based environments.

Experience with a
