We are looking for a freelance writer / content specialist to handle the update of approximately 100 Help Center articles, working directly with the Content team. Please note that articles are written in English by default and then automatically translated.

This role sits in the Hospitality enablement team, reports directly to the Customer Content Manager, working cross-functionally with Product/PM and Training team.

- Article review and editing
- Verifying content accuracy against the current and upcoming interface (New UX)
- Correcting content
- Harmonizing tone and vocabulary with the ex
