About the Opportunity
We’re looking for our first dedicated Operations hire to join Kompanion as a Founding Associate and one of the first employees in the company.

You’ll own the client onboarding experience end to end, with a clear mission: make it as automated and scalable as possible. A good part of it is already productised, and your job is to push it much further.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of Operations, Accounting, and Product. You’ll work directly with clients,



our accounting team, and engineering, turning what you learn on the ground into a smoother onboarding and a better product.

You don’t need an accounting background.

We’re looking for someone who’s great at optimising and automating processes and wants to apply that to the world of accounting. We already know accounting well — we’ll teach you what you need. What we can’t teach is the instinct for spotting manual, repetitive work and turning it into something faster and scalable.

This is a rare opportunity to shape how Kompanion operates from the very beginning and to define the playbook the whole ops team will follow as we grow.

Own client onboarding end to end
